We are owned, operated, and managed by senior level engineers. This is important and differentiates us from the competition in several ways. We have worked for other MSPs before who's only goal was to be the biggest MSP around.... but to what end?

Our goals are simple: provide the best possible service to our clients, and to treat our clients how we would want to be treated. These goals seem simple, but they direct us to change the MSP experience significantly to make things clear, consise, simple, and easy. In order to achieve these goals we:

• Provide you with access to your primary engineer, even after hours - no more dealing with the on-call or night-shift engineer who doesn't know your systems.
• Won't promise you the world and then fail to deliver once you've signed a 3 year contract.
• Only require a 60 day notice before you offboard.
• Won't over-sell you on equipment, software, etc. - we have no internal "sales quotas." Therefore we aren't under pressure to sell or recommend anything that is overspeced or something that you don't need.

This and more gives you unpresidented freedom. You get the service that you need when you need it - especially during emergencies. You also receive service from the engineer who you are familiar with and who is familiar with your technology environment. Isn't that the point - you want your specific engineer to be available when things go wrong.
