We provide managed services for you and your employees. As a full-service managed services company, we will always be there for you. Your personal engineer will be available at any time, day or night - even on the weekends. Unlike most other providers, we will NOT provide you with a random night-shift engineer who will be less familiar with your environment than your regular engineer. We are there for our customers when they need us the most.

Have you previously experienced a MSP who promised you the world but fell way short of their promises once the contract was signed? We are different. Our contracts have very short cancellation notice terms while offering the flexibility to stay with us long term. You are in control and the choice to stay with us is entirely up to you. All that we require is a 60-day advance notice of your intent to offboard. We offer you flexibility that a 3-year contract could never provide. Our company is owned, managed and operated by experienced senior engineers who specialize in the technology infrastructure that your business relies on in your every-day business operations. This makes us better equipped to serve you when compared to other MSP providers.
We treat our customers how we would like to be treated. It is more important to us to offer you the option to cancel after notifying us 60 days in advance, rather than forcing a long multi-year contract on you. Our customer retention rate is very high, because we focus on providing exemplary customer service. We also limit our customer base -- who we take in as new customers. This allows us to control our work flow so we can focus on our customers' technology support needs. We want to maintain a good relationship with our current customers, it is one of our founding principles that allow us to provide a superior managed services experience when compared to other providers. In addition we do not make promises that we can not keep. We will let you know right from the beginning what you can expect from us.
We provide a unique personal managed services experience that large MSPs are unable to offer you. Managers and above receive their personal engineers' direct cell phone number. Tickets are important to keep track of regular support requests, but we realize that management and above team members need a more direct, immediate and personalized experience to fix urgent issues - especially during off-hours or in emergency situations. Having a technical problem during off hours? Call the engineer assigned to your account at any time and they will help you. That's right, you won't be speaking to a "night-shift," or "on-call" engineer who is unfamiliar with you and your company - instead you will be speaking with your primary technician, who is familiar and experienced in the technology in your work environment. We want issues to be resolved as quickly as possible to get you back up and running. Regardless of the technical issue or the time of day or night you are experiencing it, we will be there for you.
To us you are a growing and thriving company, and deserve only the best service. You are not a number to us. You will be assigned an engineer that you will get to know personally who will be your primary contact for your technical support needs. In order to maintain our excellent level of service, we intentionally limit the number of new customers we onboard. To us it's all about providing A++ quality service. We are looking to partner with businesses in Southern California. We prefer to work with companies which are up to 200 employees in size who are looking for an unparalled A++ white-glove technical support service experience.
